Open rescue III. (April 2007)

In April 2007 there were 29 hens freed from battery cages and put in new, save homes.

I can just hope, that the better time will come and work on the future. But what to do with the animals having crippled lifes now, at this moment?

I can feel sorry, when someone else take them in his/her possession as they wouldn`t have any of their own interests that negate this, but I have to leave them in this possession. That`s what the rules say.

The question is simple and the answer too. If the law goes counter to the life, what is more important, the life or the law? The life.

To those who dispute that the rescue of 5, 11 or 100 or just one hen is just a symbolical act, I answer with the question: if there will be 200 people drowning and you will save just one of them, will be just symbolical?

If there are animals held in such or similar places, in such conditions and in such purpose, that`s not normal. That we took them out of these places normal is.
